The new model with designation PH (Professional Heater), has some product improvements such as the size, which simplify the installation. The new PH is also equipped with a rubber sealing for increased service life and reliability.
The new PH heater is equipped with overheating protection and a thermostat. The PH is delivered as before as a complete kit with heater, cables, bracket, etc. or as
only the heater with bracket. |

Insertion heaters cannot be used for certain vehicles, such as certain construction machinery, tractors, lorries and, in exceptional cases, some passenger cars. The solution in these cases is a Calix PH.
This heater is connected to the cooling system outside the engine block using a hose connection (20mm). As with the insertion heater, the PH is based on the self-circulatin principle.
PH engineheaters are equipped with an overheating guard and a thermostat.
The PH500L - 2000L engine heaters are specially designed for stationary engines that must be warm and ready to start
for long periods. Thermostat regulated with switch-off at 50º C (+/-5 ºC) and switch-on at 25º C (+/-5 ºC).

3. Tapered
If access is restricted, e.g. narrow coolant channel, a tapered engine heater can be used, installed in the frost plug. Drive into the hole and then wedge firmly. Seal against the block using a taper, which can be supplemented by sealing agent appropriate for the environment.
